We currently hold and service the Virginia State Whelen Lighting contract for Whelen finished goods. $16-$22 based on experience

Responsibilities

 
  • Provide general office/administrative support
  • Manage incoming calls and relay messages to management
  • Contact customers to schedule appointments and obtain additional information  
  • Maintain and update the shop schedule
  • Maintain facility information and relay concerns between management and property owners
  • Maintain parts/equipment inventory for all sales orders, facility and shop supplies 
  • Gather and maintain vehicle information
  • Assist with automotive parts/equipment purchasing when directed
  • Ability to safely drive a company vehicle to make supply runs
  • Proficient in company systems for various tasks and paperwork
  • Keep up to date on industry standards and equipment
  • Maintain office space with light cleaning 

Attributes of a Strong Candidate
 
  • High school diploma required
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment, i.e., printers/scanners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to take direction and adapt quickly to changes
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced office and shop environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean record
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and DMV background check
